Gentoo

結局apache2.0.54-r30/r31とmod_php4.4.0-r2が依存関係上同時にインストール出来ないらしい。
で、どうすればいいのやら。Q&A出てないか探してるんですが…

Yes, to use the actual stable Apache you can do one of the following two things:
1) use dev-lang/php, all it's versions are compatible with it
2) use the unstable mod_php (4.4.0-r3), that is the only one compatible with it

ということで、dev-php/phpではなくdev-lang/phpを使うか、unstableなmod_phpをつかえって事らしい。

ということは、dev-lang/phpを使うように変更した方がベターって事かな。。。

とりあえずまだdev-lang/phpが全部unstableなので、当座/etc/portage/package.keywordsに
dev-php/mod_php ~x86
を追記して凌いでみることにしました。
頃合いを見計らってdev-lang/phpに移行しないと。
